Q: Does insurance pay for my visits?
A: If your treatment is administered by the Chiropractic Physicain, most insurance companies either pay directly or reimburse you for expendetures. If your treatments are administered by the Naturopathic Physician, hence natural medicine, reimbursement would be up to your individual insurance company. Many insurance companies these days include plans for naturopathic care. If your company has such a plan, we will provide you with an invoice itemized with specific codes for your reimbursement. We currently participate with United Health Care in which you are granted a
20% discount off of services rendered. To help offset the costs, we offer programs at a discount when you may need treatment a few to several times.
Q: What if I have am not able to pay for all the treatments I need at each office visit?
A: We have several payment options available including monthly payment plans and discounts on programs of care, enabling you to receive the quality care you need.
Q: What do I wear during treatments? Do I have to change into a gown?
A: It is best if you wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing like sweats or some equivalent. As long as you are not restricted in your movements. Lighter colors are best because when working with the Laser, the laser light takes longer to penetrate dark clothing. If you are receiving Rolfing treatments, you can bring shorts (for men) and shorts and a sports bra (for women) to change into.
Q: Do you work with people that have been in an automobile accident?
A: Yes. As with any injury, healing can take place at an accelerated rate when all the mechanisms to healing are addressed. It doesn't matter what type of injury you may have. Even old injuries respond well to the forms of treatment we offer even after many other treatment modalities have failed to bring you relief.
Q: Do you work with people that have had a stroke and have limited movement?
A: Yes. Working with the laser in stimulating nerve response and specific lobes of the brain, basically re-educating the brain how to use parts of the body, have shown wonderful results. Usually several treatments are necessary.
Q: Are you able to help people with nerve damage?
A: Yes, be aware that all people are different and nerve damage may be present in varying degrees. The Laser is capable of stimulating neurogenesis (regrowing nerve paths). The degree of damage will dictate the length and amount
of treatment time. This can range from just a few, to several treatments over a longer period of time.
Q: I have allergies and want to detoxify my body, can I get just those services without seeing the Doctor?
A: Yes. You can schedule an appoint for ASERT (allergy desensitization) or for detox treatments without seeing the Doctor. However, if you are suffering with allergies, it would be best to see the Doctor for at least one visit to determine
if there are other factors related to digestion, stress and other imbalances that are contributing to the allergy problem.

Q: Do you treat kids?
A: Yes. Kids are athletes too. All the forms of treatment we utilize at our clinic are safe and effective for any age group.
Q: Do you work with people who are not involved in sports?
A: Yes. We see a lot of friends, family members (old and young) and siblings of athletes that are not involved in sports. Using the muscle response test (MRT) see kinesiology for details, we can get to the root of the imbalance that is causing the symptoms and make the appropriate treatment recomendations.
Q: Do you have to keep coming back for treatment month after month or year after year as in so many other forms of treatment?
A: No. Our goal is to help you get back into balance and optimum function and teach you how to maintain that. Depending on your type of condition, this can range from a few treatments to a full program of care which may take three or four months to complete. But once you're done, you're done. A periodic "tune up" or "check up" is recommended as with any form of maintenance.
Q: Once the nerves are "turned on", how long will it last?
A: Once the nerves are turned on using the laser, it lasts indefinately, unless there is a new injury, severe emotional trauma, or a serious exposure to an extremely toxic substance.
